Hotel Carolina is a modern hotel with an exceptionally attractive seaside location and is therefore ideal for swimming and vacationing in nature. Our buffet breakfast with a rich offer of classic and traditional cuisine is the place of healthy food and a selection of freshly baked pastries and breads, fresh fruit and fruit juices. Everyday it will make a nice and pleasant beginning of your day. For dinner there is a wide selection of cold and hot appetisers, fish and meat dishes, salads and desserts which can be combined to your taste from the always attractive buffet. If you are a vegetarian or have some other eating habits or requirements you won’t have to deny yourself the gastronomic pleasure. There is our staff which are always on hand to cater for you. Special attention will be given to the preparation and presentation of the national dishes of the island of Rab, the Kvarner region and the Croatian culinary heritage. Every week we will prepare for you special dinners connected with the seasonal food, different occasions and customs of the place: the Rab dinner, the Croatian cuisine, the fisherman’s dinner, the rice and pasta festival, asparagus days, olive days and so on. Our wine list is available for you to choose a drink to accompany your dinner. Our a'la carte restaurant, which is situated on the stony shore below the hotel in the shade of a pine wood, during the day offers dishes of national and Mediterranean cuisine and a great selection of sweets, ice-cream and refreshments. The Carolina hotel aperitif bar has been known for years as the most attractive bar on the island. The reason for it is the splendid view of the sea and nearby islands as well as a quality offer of drinks, and above all the hospitality of the staff which are at your service.

Prices for the Hotel Carolina – half board per person per day - 2010

Price includes:

• Price for the suite*  at the seaside includs accommodation and halfborad service per a day for the max. of 3 persons, reductions for the children are not available, supplement for the halfboard service for the 4th to 5th person at the extra beds ist 180 kuna / 25,00 Euro per person and per a day.
• Registration fee - once per person: 7.00 kuna / 1,00 Euro
• Residence tax per person per day: 16/06-15/09 = 7.00 kuna / 1,00 Euro, other periods 5.50 kuna / 0,80 Euro
• Children up to 12 years old do not pay the residence tax
• Children from 12 -17 years old pay residence tax at 50%.
• Easter supplement 02/04 - 05/04/2010 per person per day: 40.00 kuna / 5,00 Euro
• Deduction for bed and breakfast service only, per person, per day: 20 kuna / 2,50 Euro
• Pets are not allowed

Reductions for children:

• Baby cot per day: 30.00 kuna / 4,00 Euro
• Child aged under 2 without bed: 100%
• For 1 / 3 rooms with 2 adults + child aged 2 – 11 in extra bed – reduction 50%
• Child aged 2 – 11 years in regular bed – reduction 30%
• Persons 12 years or older in extra bed – reduction 20 %
